      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Slice Process
  1. Place biscuts into tm bowl melt temp 50 and chop speed 4 until partially melted and chopped to your desired consistancy ( I like mine chunky)

  2. Topping
  3. Place Melts into Tm bowl and melt Temp 70 for 2mins or until melted completly.

    Collect base from frezzer and pour melted chocolate over the base.

    Add Chocolate bars of your choice into Tm Bowl and Chop speed 10 for 5 seconds

    Spoon onto the Slice and mix in with melted chocolate.

    Freeze for 20-30 mins

     

    Slice and Serve

Tip

You can swap out the mint thins and use tim tams, I found this a winner with the kids. Enjoy
