Muesli Bars



Muesli Bars

  • 200g Butter
  • 120g coconut sugar(or brown sugar)
  • 120g Raw Honey
  • 450g rolled oats
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 30g linseed meal, (optional)
  • 150g mix of pepitas,sunflower seeds and sultanas, (optional)
  • 100g dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place butter, sugar and honey into Closed lid and cook 6mins Varoma sp2
    2. Add remaining ingredients and mix on Counter-clockwise operation sp 4 for 30 secs.
    3. Press into rectangular tray(roughly 20 x 30cm) that has been lined with baking paper and sprinkle dark choc chips on top(press down lightly)
    4. Bake on 160C for 25 mins or until golden
    5. Cool then slice into portions
