Recipe's preparation
BASE METHOD: Pre heat oven to 180˙c. Place 125grams of butter into TM bowl and melt for 2 minutes at 70˙c on speed 3. Add brown sugar, desiccated coconut and self raising flour mix for 40 seconds on speed 5 with the aid of the spatula. Spread the base into the lamington tray. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
FILLING METHOD: Place condensed milk , golden syrup and 30 grams of butter in the TM bowl and cook for 5 minutes at 70˙c on speed 3 and cook for a further 5 minutes at 40˙c on speed 3. Pour filling onto the warm base and bake for 15 minutes.
TOPPING METHOD: Place chocolate and copha into the TM bowl and cook for 3 minutes at 50˙c on speed 3 and pour over the slice.
When it is cool enough put it in the fridge and slice when chocolate is set. I remove it from the tin so it is easier to slice. Remove from the tin when the chocolate is set but not to hard.
