  • 150 grams Spelt Flour White, or plain flour
  • 90 grams Coconut
  • 30 grams rice bubbles
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carb Soda
  • 45 grams brown sugar
  • 80 grams Butter melted
  • 50 grams Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Rice malt syrup, or honey
  • 250 grams Nestle Milk Choc chips

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre Heat the oven 180C.

    Melt butter, sugar & rice malt syrup together for 2 mins, 100c, sp 2.

    Add milk and egg, mix 2 seconds sp 5.

    Add remaining dry ingredients, except rice bubbles and choc chips for 10 seconds sp 5.

    Then add chocolate and rice bubbles Counter-clockwise operation 20 seconds sp 2-3 untill mixed together.

    Mixture is quite wet, using a teaspoons make walnut size dollops onto the tray and allow room to spread.

    Cook for 10 mins or untill golden brown.
