Recipe's preparation
Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees.
Mill orange zest & rosemary in mixing bowl, 20 seconds on speed 9.
Place remaining ingredients into mixing bowl, 15 seconds on speed 6.
"Dough mode" 25 seconds.
Roll into large sausage shape with cling wrap.
Place in freezer to firm for 20-30 minutes.
Remove from freezer, take off cling wrap and roll in caster sugar.
Slice dough into round discs and place onto baking tray.
Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes.
Allow shortbread to cool before serving.

Just made this and it's delicious! I needed to bake mine for a little longer than the recipe says (16min?) but that's probably my oven. The trickiest part was rolling it into a sausage because the dough wanted to crack, but I think that's how it gets the lovely crumbly texture after it's baked. Smells delicious while baking, too! Thanks so much for posting!
ETA: I made this again today (two batches!) and used shop-bought butter instead of home-made butter this time and it was much easier to roll into a sausage.
