Recipe's preparation

    Tart Cases
  1. preheat oven to 180°

  2. grease tart cases well (the ones with the pop out bottoms are the best)

  3. melt butter on 60°, 90 seconds, speed 2

  4. add flour, coconut, sugar and vanilla.  Mix on speed 4 for 10 seconds to combine

  5. press into prepared cases and bake for 10-12 mins or until slightly golden

  6. Passionfruit Tart Filling
  7. Put into the TM bowl - condensed milk, lime juice and half of the passionfruit.  Mix on Counter-clockwise operation, speed 3 for 10 seconds

  8. Pour into prepared tart cases and top with remaining passionfruit – stir gently to create swirls with a toothpick or skewer

  9. Bake 10-12 mins or until golden around the edges (this will be dependent on the size tarts you are making)

Depends on the tart size that you make.  I made 6 x 4 inch tarts, or you could make one large one or at least 12 little ones in a shallow patty pan.
