For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- ☆ grease and line a slice tray
☆ insert butterfly whisk and add coconut oil- 45 seconds/ 100°/ speed 2
☆ add peanut butter, golden syrup and vanilla and mix 1 minute/ 100°/ speed 2
☆ add half the popcorn and mix 30 seconds /speed 2
☆ add remaining popcorn and mix 45 seconds /speed 2
☆ pour mixture into slice tray and place into the fridge to set.
☆ using a sharp knife, cut into muesli bar shapes and store in the fridge
