Lovely flavour. I have to
Lovely flavour. I have to make this again because I found the tin was too small and it rose high in the middle and then split and yes I did use a 20cm tin. I didnt use the full amount off butter or cocoa I think my thermo was a bit out., but lovely texture I think it's a tad sweet but once again that could be the thermomix measurements. Will make again, quick and easy.

This recipe is almost identical to one I have been making for years, pre thermomix. The only difference is it has a cup of buttermilk instead of water and about 100g of cocoa, very moist cake.. Highly recommended. One of those recipes prepared in a flash.
LOVE this!! Made it as
LOVE this!! Made it as cupcakes and adjusted cooking time accordingly. Mixture was runnier than I would have thought would make a successful cake, but it added to the fluffy softness. Family and friends rave whenever I make this. Thanks for posting the recipe!
