Raw Vegan Salted Caramel Protein Slice

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh and measure all ingredients into the bowl.

    Mix Speed 8/60 secs or until mixture starts to clump together.

    Press into a 20x20cm tin and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Slice with a sharp, warm knife into 8x8 squares.

    Store in the fridge or freezer.

    Love this recipe! Such a nice little snack. I rolled them into balls instead of making the slice.
