If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Insert Butterfly
Add room temp butter and cream cheese in 4 cm cubes to the bowl evenly around the butterfly.
30sec/sp2/MC on gradually increasing to sp4.
scrape down sides add brown sugar and repeat.
30sec/sp2/MC on gradually increasing to sp4
add 1 cup of icing sugar
15sec/sp3/MC on
scrape down sides
add 1 cup of icing sugar
15sec/sp3/MC on
scrape down sides
add remaining icing sugar
30sec/sp3/MC on
scrape down sides and repeat
30sec/sp3/MC on
remove butterfly and enjoy
refrigerate for 30 mins before use
Covers a cake beautifully and is wonderful to pipe with.
