Soph’s banana cake

  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. ☆ preheat oven to 180°
    ☆ grease and line a rectangle loaf tin
    ☆ add all ingredients into the bowl and mix for 15 seconds /speed 4
    ☆ pour cake mixture into the lined loaf tin
    ☆ cook in the oven for 1 hour or until golden brown- check with a skewer to make sure that the middle is cooked

    ☆ rinse mixing bowl and begin cream cheese icing
    ☆ insert butterfly whisk
    ☆ mix all icing ingredients in the bowl for 40 seconds on speed 4.

    ☆ Ice banana cake once it's cooled
