Spelt Macadamia Shortbread

  • 100 grams Rapadura
  • 500 grams spelt flour, only 260grams if using butter
  • 220 grams coconut oil, or butter
  • 50 grams Corn Flour
  • 50 grams macadamia nuts

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill Rapadura for 10 secs sp 10.

    Add corn flour, flour and butter and mis for 5secs SP6

    Add crush macadamian nuts 

    Put into closed close position and kneed for 40 secs

    roll into baking paper or mat and refriderate for 30 mins

    Cut into bic size 


    Bake for 15 mins on 180



Omit the nuts for nut free

use butter or coconut oil to fit diet

Made on coconut oil and 24 biccies each are 11.2grams of fat each!
