If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 200 deg C
grease and line a 20 cm cake tin and set aside
Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 10 secs/speed 9
Add butter and melt 2 mins /60 deg C / speed 1 then mix 1 min /speed 3
With blades rotating on speed 3 add eggs one at a time through mixing bowl lid.
Add sultanas, flour and baking powder and mix 20 secs/speed 5 "Counter-clockwise operation" .
Pour mix into prepared tin and bake 10 mins at 200 deg then decrease to 150 deg C for 1 hour 30 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
let cool in tin for 5 mins before transferring to wire rack.
