Really yummy biscuits. Will definitely make again super easy and guilt free (almost)! I used honey instead of rice malt syrup and they still turned out perfect. I also added 2 table spoons of psyllium husk - I haven't tried these cookies without but they were yummy with this too!

    Submitted by Annieooby on 27. April 2014 - 18:43.

I've made several batches of these over the last couple of weeks and found them lovely.  However when I ran out of coconut sugar and substituted rapadura, I found they burnt easily.  The next batch was fine when I reduced the cooking temp to 160.
