  • No need to cook the base

    Submitted by Dene M on 22. June 2013 - 21:28.

No need to cook the base first - it's rather thin and cooks quickly.

Congrats on buying a Thermomix and joining the recipe community so quickly. I hope you have many happy hours with your Thermie.

  • This was my first ever time

    Submitted by firsttimecook on 22. June 2013 - 17:33.

This was my first ever time cooking a slice and the second thing I have done in my thermie! The only mistake I made was exchanging golden syrup for honey but I am also wondering if you bake the base first before pouring on the caramel?

    Thanking you in advance tmrc_emoticons.)

    First timer.
