      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place all ingredients into the bowl.
    2. Mix 20sec / sp8.
    3. Scrape down the bowl. Mix another 25 sec / sp8 if required.
    4. Use you hands to press the mixture into 9 medium sized balls.
    5. Roll in extra coconut.
    6. Store in a airtight container.

    Great recipe. Been looking for something nut and seed free, a tad oily, but perfect otherwise. They were a hit with the kids too, something else for school snacks. Thank you!
