      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Turn oven on to 170 degrees to heat up and great oven trays

    ~ Add butter and sugar to bowl and beat speed 4 for 2 minutes (scrap down 1-2 times)

    ~ Add condensed milk speed 4 for 10 seconds

    ~ Add flour speed 3 for 15 seconds (use spatula through mixing hole to help if need)

    ~ Add choc chips and craisins reverse speed 2 for 20 seconds until combined.

    ~ Roll into teaspoon size ball and place on greased oven trays and press gently with a fork. Bake 170 degrees 15 minutes until golden.

Tip

you can use the butterfly to beat butter and sugar if want but I found it worked with out and less things to wash up!
