      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Clean bowl first. 1000g water and 1 cup vinegar- kettle mode. (TM5 users- 5min 100deg).
    place UHT milk, powdered milk, sugar, vanilla essence, cream and pot set yoghurt in bowl and use warm up 45 deg. (TM5 users- 5 min/45 deg/sp3.
    Fermentation mode 8hrs/45deg
    once complete place yoghurt in yoghurt strainer for 8hrs.
    TM5 users- automatic yoghurt setting 8hrs. Then place in yoghurt strainer.
