Amazing Spicy Prawn And Barramundi Saute

  • Fresh Barramundi diced
  • Fresh Green Prawns – peeled
  • The Chilli Chick, Chilli and Native Pepper leaf EV Oil
  • The Chilli Chick Habanero and Sichuan Dukka
  • Butter, 30g

Recipe's preparation

  1. Method

    1.Sprinkle Dukka over the prawns and fish quite liberally.

    2.In a hot pan drizzle a couple tablespoons of chilli oil.

    3. Add the fish to the pan and saute for a couple of minutes then add the prawns.

    4. Add the butter and saute until the prawns are just cooked.

    5. Squeeze half a lemon over the mix and remove the heat and serve.

    Make sure you don’t over cook the prawns and fish.
