If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

You can get creative with this recipe. Substitute with any berries, nuts and essences.

Perfect for busy families! The amount of times I have fed everyone else, and walked out the door only to realise I hadn't fed myself is crazy! This recipe helps to avoid that. And because it's only for one person, you can adjust the portions to how ever many people you wish to feed.

You can also cook the blueberries and maple syrup for 5 mins, 100 degrees Counter-clockwise operation to add a different, warm style topping.

Love this recipe. I double the batch and it lasts for 4 days for 2 people. The blueberry sauce on top is amazing. Will be trying this with raspberries next time.

I usually just use a tupperware container, or a breakfast bowl, but a standard mason jar works well too. You can make a double batch easily enough too. Then there is 2 breakfasts covered!
