Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place garlic, onions ,carrots and herbs into TM bowl and pulverise for 20 seconds on speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat.
Scrape down sides of bowl and add oil.
Saute for 5 mins 100 degrees speed 2.
Add the tomatoes and mix for 20 seconds on speed 5. Mix for more or less time, depending on how chunky or smooth you want your tomatoes.
Add all other ingredients and cook 30 mins on varoma on "Gentle stir setting" . My TM veggie stock is quite salty so I don't really find the need to add any additional salt.
I get 2 meals out of this to feed my family of 3.
