Dry Ingredients

  • 750 grams rolled oats
  • 500 grams Coconut chips
  • 500 grams pepitas
  • 500 grams Sunflower Kernals

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 litre coconut oil
  • 500 grams honey

Fruit & Nut

  • 950 grams Dried Fruit
  • 400 grams slivered almonds
  • 500 grams dessicated coconut

Recipe's preparation

  1. Combine all dry ingredients into a large bowl. 

     

    Add wet ingredients to TM bowl and melt 3 min/90/speed 2. 

     

    Pour wet ingredients over dry and mix thoroughly. 

     

    Place mixture onto backing trays lined with baking paper and spread out evenly.

     

    Bake in oven on 160 degrees, check every 10 min or so and stir the mixture around as the edges brown faster. 

     

    Remove from oven once nicely browned all over and leave to harden. 

     

    Break museli block into pieces into a large bowl, add fruit, nut and coconut. Mix well. 

     

     

    Store in a airtight container.
