Greek Seasoning Mix

  • 2 tsp salt or lemon salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp basil, dried
  • 2 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp parsley, dried
  • 1 tsp rosemary, dried
  • 1 tsp Dill, dried
  • 1 tsp marjoram, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
  • 1/2 tsp cornflour

Greek Marinade

  • 2 cloves garlic, to taste
  • 200 g olive oil
  • 100 g lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Greek seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp salt

Recipe's preparation

    Greek Seasoning Mix
  1. Add all ingredients and blend 20 secs spd 3 MC on.

    If a finer texture is required, chop on spd 5 instead.

    Can be used to give extra flavour to your dishes, or can be used as a meat rub.

  2. Greek Marinade
  3. Add garlic and chop 3 secs spd 7 MC on. Scrape down and repeat.

    Add the remaining ingredients and blend 20 secs spd 3 MC on.

    Recommended for use with chicken, or it can be used with other cuts of meat.

    Keep refrigerated, and shake before use.
