Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. I found this recipe (not on this website) and have modified it to our tastes and made it sugar-free.

Add nuts/fruit to the bowl and chop speed 6 for 10 seconds.
Add all other ingredients and process for 20 seconds on speed 5.
Scrape down sides and if you would like a finer consistency then process for another 15 seconds on speed 6.
You can divide this into 8 portions and store.
To make porridge, add 2/3 of a cup of the mixture to 2/3 cup of milk and microwave for 1minute.

For a travel alternative, add 1 1/2 cups of powdered milk to the mix, then when making the porridge you only need to add water.
