      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Lemon Lime Curd
  1. Add all ingredients to bowl.
  2. Cook for 8 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 4
  3. Pour into sterilised jar. Store in fridge for up to 3 months

    Love it! Turned out perfect and I have SO many lemons and limes so this is a great way to be able to use them. Plus makes a lovely gift! Quantity fit perfectly into the same jam jars as shown x 2 (which I also have an abundance of). Will be making for gifts at Christmas time as part of my baked goods hampers. Thank you 👍🏻☺️
