Museli Balls

  • 2 apples, Granny smith work well
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 40 g Saltanas
  • 40 g Peanut Butter, crunch or smooth. (see Tips for substitution)
  • 800 g water

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Peel and core apples
  2. Cut apples into slices and place into Varoma
  3. Add water to bowl
  4. Replace lid (without MC) and place Varoma on top
  5. Stew apples for 10mins on Varoma speed (less time if thinly sliced)
  6. Place all ingredients into bowl
  7. Mill for 5 seconds at Speed 9
  8. Roll into bite size balls
  9. Refridgerate for 30mins (min)

For lunch box friendly alternative replace the Peanut Butter with 40g Honey
