If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredents into the TM bowl and mix together for 30secs at speed 6
Allow batter to stand for 5-10 min (If your hugry skip this)
Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
Preheat a shallow 22cm crepe pan with canola cooking spray and add a half cup of mixture to the pan.
Flip the crepe over once the crepe is cooked and the second side will only need 30secs
Garnish with a sprinke of caster sugar and lemon juice
Crepe it all together
