For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Place water, salt and cream of tartar into mixing bowl and heat 5 min / 60°C / Sp 3
Add flour and oil and mix40 sec / Spd 4 then knead 1 min
Divide dough into equal balls in small bowls and add a few drops of food colouring to each. Knead the colour through the playdough.
Store each colour in a separate airtight container to keep playdough from hardening.
