Raw Jaffa Bliss Balls

Ingredients

20 portion(s)

Zest 1 orange

  • 80 grams walnuts
  • 80 grams Shredded coconut
  • 80 grams Madjool Dates
  • 10 grams Cacao
  • 20 grams Juice from the orange
  • 10 grams chia seeds (optional)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill orange zest & walnuts, 10 sec Speed 8


    Add dates & coconut, 10 sec Speed 8


    Combine cacao, juice & chia seeds, mix 5 sec Speed 3


    Roll into bite size balls. Store in the fridge.

    I think I'm a bit over medjool date based bliss balls but as far as thay go, these ones are good, unique and healthy. I threw in a tsp of pea protein powder. My kids love dried fruit so this is a good way to add a bit of healthiness to that sugar hit with the chia seeds and nuts. Thanks for posting.

    These are the best raw balls I've found so far, the kids and I love them! Next time I may add a little more orange juice but that's just personal preference.
