Recipe's preparation
Place luke-warm water in to Jug, then add yeast 2mins|37 °C | speed2.
Add sugar, flour, butter, egg in this order 5sec|speed 6. Then 2:30mins|"Dough mode" whilst kneading add salt through the openng of the lid.
Allow dough to rise in a warm place, roughly 1/2 an hour, until double in size. Beat the air out of the dough and divide into 3 equal portions (if doing a 3strand plait). Plait the Challah, and cover in a warm area and allow to rise for the second time. Brush with egg-wash and sprinkle with seeds of your choosing and bake for 20-25mins 190°C.
