      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Add medjool dates and sunflower seeds
  1. Add 200grams of pitted medjool dates
  2. Add 125 grams sunflower seeds or cashews
  3. Closed lid
  4. 5 sec/ speed 5.
  5. Blend
  6. Add 100 grams dessicated coconut
  7. Add 80 grams sultanas
  8. add 1/4 teaspoon salt
  9. Closed lid
  10. Blend
  11. 20sec/speed 7

    Repeat if neccessary
  12. Roll into balls and toss through dessicated coconut
