      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

Using a good quality Milk Powder makes a huge difference I use Devondale and I always get a thick and creamy yoghurt

Ensure you have a clean bowl

If it is not thick when you take it out of the thermomix when you put it in the fridge it will thicken

This will take 8 hours please check finishing time so you are not woken up

  • I would just make the plain

    Submitted by Ladybeetlez on 27. August 2016 - 15:15.

I would just make the plain and mixed the fruit thru as you wouldn't be able to use the fruit yoghurt as a starter for your next batch.

    Submitted by Ladybeetlez on 4. July 2016 - 16:37.

Hi Klaasso next time just add more honey or if you wanted to add sugar we try not to eat refined sugar so for our taste buds it is sweet enough it is just a matter of adjusting to your taste glad you loved the texture that is the main thing the flavour can be sweeten easily. thanks
