- 150 grams Butter
- 600 grams plain flour
- 1000 grams full cream milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 60 grams raw sugar
- 6 level teaspoon baking powder
- Butter, for greasing

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
- 1. Place butter in mixing bowl and melt 20sec/90℃/speed 2.5
2. Place remaining ingredients in bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 6
2. Scrape down bowl and repeat for 10 sec/speed 6
3. Let mixture sit for 10-15 mins
4. Grease and heat pan. Pour mixture and spread slightly.
5. Turn them when bubbles start to pop and cook other side.
6. Use your Thermoserver to keep pancakes warm until ready to eat and remaining batter has finished cooking.
