    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread a single layer of malt biscuits to make the base
  2. Insert butterfly whisk and add cream to bowl. Whip 40 seconds/speed 4 or until thick
  3. Add condensed milk and mix 15 seconds/Counter-clockwise operationspeed 2
  4. Remove butterfly whisk and add chopped Crunchie. Mix 5 seconds/Counter-clockwise operationspeed 2
  5. Pour mixture into baking tray and top with another layer of biscuits. Freeze until set. Slice and enjoy!
