    Submitted by 77blondy on 17. March 2016 - 08:39.

Hi I'm making this for a st. Patrick's day party on the weekend and wondering how long it takes to freeze? Also wondering how many people it caters for? There could be 30 to 40 people and I am wondering if I double it would it be enough?

thank you and thanks for sharing  tmrc_emoticons.)

This is fantastic. Will alter the recipe to use the full can of condensed milk next time as I would not use the left over Milk. But what a hit. Love, loved it!!! tmrc_emoticons.)

  • Leonie this is amazing!!! I

    Submitted by MelHunt4 on 19. December 2013 - 10:03.

Party Leonie this is amazing!!! I made it last night, substituting the 100ml of Baileys for Kahlua, and this morning there it is in my Thermoserver all frozen and lovely!! And no need to take it out after 4 hours and put it back in the Thermo...presumably due to the thickened cream and condensed milk, which I will now be using as a base for all of my ice creams. Thank you so much for posting this!!!  Big Smile

  • oh gosh that's a tricky one

    Submitted by leonie on 4. December 2013 - 17:54.

oh gosh that's a tricky one as all depends on how big the serves are and if you are serving it with anything.  But I'd say at least a dozen people - its very rich!  If you make it let me know how far it goes!
