Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Put a small bowl onto
lid, weigh 50g of chilled water into it. Add to the water, 1 tablespoon of gelatine, stir and set bowl aside.
Add 100g sugar intoand mill 10seconds, speed 9. Scrape down sides of
with spatula.
Add 500g cream, 270g milk and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla to. Cook 10minutes, 80deg, speed 3.
Pour 100g Baileys and reserved gelatine mixture to. Mix 3minutes, Speed 3.
Distribute mixture evenly into Dariole Moulds (available in the mix shop). Cover in gladwrap and leave in the fridge to chill overnight.
To serve run a sharp knife around the outside of pannacotta, and turn upside down onto the plate or bowl that you wish to serve it on. Moving the pannacotta once it's turned out onto another surface is near impossible.
Serve with fresh strawberries.
