Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients and mix for 1 minute on speed 9-10.

    If you want a stiffer consistency then add a little more ice.

Tip

Use frozen ripe bananas but not so they are too over ripe otherwise it will be very sweet.

If not sweet enough add a splash of maple syrup.
