Recipe's preparation

    Step 1
  1. Add frozen banana pieces, frozen peach pieces and passion fruit to mixing bowl and Blend"Blend" 1 min speed 8 with aid of spatula
  2. Step 2
  3. Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl. Fruit should have creamy consistency.
  4. Step 3
  5. Blend"Blend" For a further 15 sec/speed 8
  6. Insert butterfly whisk. Blend"Blend" 1min/ speed 4 - or until soft smooth consistency.
  7. Remove butterfly whisk and serve immediately or place in freezable container and store in freezer until ready to serve.

Tip

Fresh or tinned peaches can be used. To freeze place flat on tray lined with baking paper and place in freezer for 6hrs (or until frozen).

If stored in freezer, before serving remove and cut into pieces and place in mixing bowl and blend for 10-15 seconds until a smooth creamy consistency.

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
