For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add 250 grams Biscoff biscuits to TM Bowl chop 3 seconds speed Add remaining 250 grams chop 3 seconds speed 7 until fine crumb. Place in a bowl.
Place biscoff spread into TM Bowl melt 90 seconds 60° speed 1.
Add cream cheese mix 10 seconds speed 3, scrape down bowl and repeat until cream cheese is mixed through.
Add biscuit crumbs mix speed 3 10 seconds, scrape down sides repeat until well combined.
Clean and dry mixing bowl.
Add broken chocolate to bowl (add 1 tbsp flavourless oil to prevent chocolate cracking when slicing)
Mix 90 seconds speed 1 50° until completely smooth. Pour over base, set in fridge 2-3 hours.
