Recipe's preparation

  1. Make sure bowl is dry put 100g of black rice into bowl speed 10 for 3 mins. Butterfly whisk in, put eggs and sugar in set 15mins 45degree speed4. Gentely place the rice powder back to main bowl, also put oil and milk in. set 4second speed 3. Put the mixture to a tray can fit in veroma must coverd by clingfilm Place 600g water into main bowl place veroma, set 40mins veroma, speed 1.

Tip

Make sure the bowl is no water no oil to whipping the whole eggs. Also make sure put the rice powder slowly back to the whipped eggs.
