Bliss balls

  • 100g Dates pitted
  • 100g apricot, dried
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 50g chopped nuts of your choice

Optional

  • Desicated coconut for coating

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add all ingredients into Closed lid, speed 10 for 10 seconds

    roll into balls

    coat in coconut if desired.

    I loved that these were super easy. I didnt have enough apricots so used, 100g Dates, 50g Apricots, 50g dried apples. I also added just the tiniest dash of vanilla bean paste.

    I omitted the nuts and used a mixture of pepitas and sunflower seeds so the kids can take them to school.
