Fruit Mix
- 250 g raisins
- 250 g sultanas
- 250 g currants
- 125 g macadamia nuts, chopped
- 65 g Rum

- 125 g brown sugar
- 1 heaped teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 heaped teaspoons orange zest
- 4 eggs
- 150 g plain flour
- 1 teaspoons mixed spice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
- Soak the fruit in rum overnight
- Cream 250g butter 1min/speed 3
- Add 125g brown sugar, zest. Mix for 30 sec / speed 4. Scrape and repeat
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, sift 150g plain flour and 1 tsp mixed spice and 1 tsp ground ginger.
- Fold in butter mix. Add 125g soft brown crumbs and marinated fruit and nuts.
- Pour into greased pudding basin.
Place in slow cooker and fill up to halfway the sides of the dish with boiling water.
Cook on low for 7 hours.
