Ingredients

Apricot, Date & Pecan Slice

  • 150 grams Apricot, chopped and soaked in water for 1 hr prior
  • 170 grams Butter
  • 215 grams sugar
  • 80 grams pitted dates, chopped
  • 55 grams pecans, chopped
  • 290 grams self-raising flour

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Chop Apricots and Soak in water for 1 hr prior to cooking.
  2. Line Slice Tray with Paper
    Turn On Oven to 180'
    Place butter into jug and melt 3 min 60' speed 2
  3. Add all other ingredients.
    Mix 30sec Spd 2 reverse
    Give one last mix of ingredients with spatula if needed to ensure fruit distributed evenly
  4. Press firmly into prepared slice tin. and bake for 25 - 30 min or until golden brown on top.

    Allow to Cool and Cut into 12 Squares and Enjoy!
