- 200 grams Melted, Milky Bar white chocolate (with toasted coconut)

- 250 grams plain choc biscuits
- 110 grams unsalted butter cubed
Choc Coconut Ganache
- 160 grams milk chocolate
- 120 grams coconut milk
Topping
- Toasted Coconut Chips
- 2 bounty chocolate bars

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Lightly grease and line 20 cm cake tin
2. Add all base ingredients to TM bowl 10 sec speed 8
3. Transfer to cake tin and line base and walls using back of spoon to spread, allow to set in fridge for 30mins
1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl and mix till combined scrap sides down and repeat if neccesary
2. Pour filling into prepared base and allow to set in fridge
while preparing ganache
3. Clean TM Bowl
1. Add Milk Chocolate to TM bowl 20Sec Speed 8
2. Scrape down sides add coconut milk, cook 3mins
speed 5 50 degrees
3. Allow ganache to slightly cool then pour cake and fill
4.Place in fridge for 3 hours or overnight
5. Decorate with coconut and bounty bars
*Alternative topping after adding Ganache add a layer of decicated coconut over the whole cake gently spreading 1cm thick
