mix

  • 100 grams Coconut butter, Recipe on recipe community
  • 300 grams CADA, on recipe community and in New EDC
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Yogurt, your own or Evia or jalna vanilla best

Recipe's preparation

    CADA and bars
  1. CADA + Coconut butter

  2. Make CADA by combining one apple quartered, with a handfull each of Coconut, almonds and pitted dates. Closed lid turbo x 2-3

    mix in 100 gm soft coconut butter and a table spoon of yogurt Closed lidDough mode10 sec

  3. Place onto greased lined slice tray or container. Push mix down approx 5 cm thick.  Place in fridge for 30 mins - 1 hour or until hard.

    Slice into bars or snack blocks and store in fridge or an air tight container.

Tip

Can use any dried fruit or nuts even rice bubbles, cocao etc to flavour bars, turbo apricot to make apricot delight or roll into bliss balls, use your imagination!
