Recipe's preparation
- Mix cream and icing sugar together.
30 seconds, Sp 4 with butterfly attached - Add ricotta and chocolate and fold on spoon mode in reverse for 10-15 seconds
- Add cinnamon and nutmeg and fold through. 10 secs reverse spoon
- Serve with biscuits etc
