      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    [size= 10pt; font-family: Symbol; color: #333333]· [/size]2 tablespoons of golden syrup

    [size= 10pt; font-family: Symbol; color: #333333]1. [/size]Line a 28cm x 18cm slice tin with baking paper - make sure you leave some hanging over the edges to help you remove the fudge from the tin once it’s set.

    [size= 10pt; font-family: Symbol; color: #333333]2. [/size]Break the white chocolate into pieces and place into your Thermomix bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at speed 7. Transfer to a bowl and set aside until needed.

    [size= 10pt; font-family: Symbol; color: #333333]3. [/size]Place the butter, golden syrup, condensed milk, brown sugar and all spices (not crystalized ginger) into your Thermomix bowl and cook for 8 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 3 with the measuring cup off.

    [size= 10pt; font-family: Symbol; color: #333333]4. [/size]Scrape the sides of your Thermomix bowl and cook for a further 20 minutes on Varoma temperature on speed 3.

    [size= 10pt; font-family: Symbol; color: #333333]5. [/size]Add the chopped white chocolate and crystalized ginger and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4 or until it’s melted and the mixture is smooth.

    [size= 10pt; font-family: Symbol; color: #333333]6. [/size]Immediately transfer the fudge to your prepared tin and smooth the surface. Place the fudge into the fridge for 6 hours (preferably overnight) to set before cutting into pieces.
