      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Place all ingredients into the bowl 20 sec, speed 8. Simmer ingredients 6 minutes 100 deg, speed 3. Allow to cool until the thermomix does not show 37 deg. (cool but not chilled) Insert butterfly. MC off basket on top lid 5 minutes, speed 3.5. Spoon mixture into desert glasses. Place in fridge overnight to set. Serve with cherry garnish and cream if desired.
