Really satisying, dense, not too sweet.
No almonds, so I did (approx g)
- 60 raw cashews
- 20 linseed
- 20 chia
- 30 pepita
- 30 sunflower seeds
20 g coconut oil (i overscooped, didn't realise how dense it is!) but it worked OK
I realised you can't batch roll the balls then roll them in the coconut - (to cut down on mixing ingredients) - the heat from just being rolled makes them slightly sticky, and the cocnut sticks better, leave them to do a bunch together and they cool, so it doesn't stick as well.
I was hoping for more crunch from the chia, so I'll add it in in the last 10 seconds next time.

So easy and really yum. I tried using just 15g cocoa and that wasn't enough. It doesn't need the coconut oil I think.

Yummy and easy to make. I added dried cranberries as I did not have enough dates. Although I used pitted dates, I should have checked each date because there were a number of date pits in the mix.
