Chocolate Bar Ice Cream Slice

Ingredients

  • 2 chocolate bars of your choice, roughly chopped
  • 570 g thickened cream
  • 360 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package Malt biscuits (or biscuits of choice), may not need all of them

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place roughly chopped chocolate bars (I used Mint Aeros) in the TM bowl.  Chop on speed 5 for 3 seconds.  Set aside in a bowl.

    2. Pour thickened cream into unwashed TM bowl, whip on speed 3.5 for 1 minute.

    3. Add sweetened condensed milk to the cream and whip for another 40 seconds on speed 3.5.

    4. Add chooped chocolate bars to the cream and milk and mix on speed 5 for 5 seconds.

    5. Lay malt biscuits in the bottom of a slice tin and pour cream mixture over the top.

    6. Place in freezer until set.  Chop up when set.  Will need to be kept in the freezer when not eating.
